Due to the volume of pedestrian and vehicular traffic at the intersection of Edward Avenue and Peninsula Boulevard, whereby students cross to attend DRS High School as well as parishioners who cross to attend Congregation Bais Tefilah, we request you sign this petition to avoid potential future injuries or
G-D forbid fatalities and to ensure the future safety of our community members.
The feedback regarding the dangerous conditions at Peninsula Boulevard and Edward Avenue remains consistent and concerning. I am currently compiling these accounts to share with local traffic safety officials during our upcoming meeting.

The level of community support for this intersection safety project is truly encouraging. This momentum demonstrates that our neighbors prioritize the well-being of the students and parishioners who navigate this area daily.

I live on Basile between Church and Edward. It's a very dangerous corner. We need a light

there is much pedestrian traffic in the area. especially children. a light at this intersection would be an immense comfort to many parents. as one who lost three family members as pedestrians in a traffic accident I implore you to put a traffic light at this intersection.

A traffic light would protect both drivers and pedestrians. The number of accidents that occur at that intersection is frightening and needs to be addressed.
