This is a petition for a traffic light at the intersection of Garfield and Linden, it is very dangerous intersection for cars and pedestrians coming down Linden Ave. Hopefully we get enough signature for the City to take action.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you feel the same way about this intersection. This momentum belongs entirely to the neighbors who took the time to speak up for our safety.

It’s very dangerous for everyone. In addition, the Trucks traffic shouldn’t be allowed on this residential street. They also pose a threat to people in the area. I hope the city comes through.
Yes, we are absolutely in desperate need due to the extensive number of accidents. It is a very dangerous intersection.

This light has been needed for a very very long time! It’s dangerous and sometimes impossible to cross this intersection by car or by foot! Additionally since Garfield is such a high traffic Street for trucks and light-rail related buses, the neighborhood would really benefit from the added safety and peace of mind.
