The goal of this petition is to make nshama aware of the ongoing chiller wrong meter charges issue as vast majority of town square residents are consistently complaining and it seems Nshama is not following the market standards in responding to complaints and rectify them in a professional way, there should be a clear guideline on how to read the bill and how to track the consumption in more realtime and interactive way, for example similar to DEWA system. Also there should be an option to log a trouble ticket through nshama customer portal for any dispute. Meanwhile it was noticed that billing is not unified across all residents as some users pay way too less or way too high even they have same unit size and despite the fact all live in same weather condition as AC is always on during summer.
