chiller water charges so much compared to any other place in Dubai.. and why is it not in dewa’s bill, I have a two bedroom apartment and any other person with the same apartment says the bill is too much compared to theirs..

Please sort it out, not good to be charging so much. It scares me living life not being able to use the chiller. Family are hot and stuffy in apartment because chiller costing us too much. Too much problems in this place.

Ac bill for august is 800 aed for a small 2 bedroom apartment is INSANE!!!!!!!!! This is a bill similar to EMPOWER AC on JBR!

i have 3 br at zahra breeze we received Augest bill for 1300 dhs for which is very high for my below average usage with 2 machines off at 60% of the day
also i got the bill of jun that was 800 dhs for unoccupied app. (i moved-in 10th of july) that clearly indicates wrong reading
complained twice with no real action from nshama

The chiller bill cannot be more than the entire DEWA bill! where else in Dubai is this happening and why have a chiller bill in the first place, why can't we just pay a DEWA bill like everywhere else in dubai!

One of the most important things for chiller bill is that it’s so confusing and not clear, multiple sources called “hidden charges”. What is “Capacity Charge” - it is almost double my actual usage charge. So even if we don’t use the AC in winter months, we still need to pay “Capacity Charge” of AED 225 per month, this is insane. We are already paying housing charges through DEWA. And why doesn’t NSHAMA make it clear, maybe Capacity Charges are responsibility of the owner not the tenants?

Air con never goes below 22 degrees even if constantly on. AC bill is nearly 1000 dhs a month even when the AC is off all day whilst at works
