The Town of Babylon has plans for 400 Oak Street Copiague which includes a 3 story mixed building on the southeast corner of Oak Street and Lafayette St. The Town of Babylon was to send out notices of the public hearing to people who reside 200 feet from the location. Alot of the residents who rent where not informed and since the area has over 400 units that do rent, WE were never given the opportunity to be present at the hearing. We the People demand another Public hearing on the 16th of September 7 pm!!
