The council has officially withdrawn the budget cuts and I honestly still cannot believe it. This result belongs entirely to you because I never expected such an overwhelming response when I hit publish. Please keep a close watch on these decisions in the future to ensure our schools remain protected.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you have joined this effort to protect our children's schools. If each of you could find someone else to take a look at this today, we would be in a much stronger position when we finally put this in front of the Council.

education is the beginning of our childs life it paves the way for them I dont want my child ending up with a rubbish education and ending up relying on the dole, the government want more people in work if you cut the spending on education your gonna end up with an under qualified generation
My daughter attends ysgol Cwm Y Glo and they are massively under-funded. Any further cuts and the children will suffer.
It's bad enough that they have cut the amount of hours special needs receive already. what they need to think it's the children that's going to suffer.

mae'r ysgolion yn dioddef yn barod hefo trio cadw at eu cyllideb, mi fydd y toriadau yma yn gwneud sefyllfa bob ysgol yn waeth, gyda athrawon yn colli eu swyddi a gormod o blant mewn dosbarthiadau. Bydd safon y dysgu yn gwaethygu a wedyn fydd y Cyngor yn cwyno wedyn pam dydi yr ysgolion ddim yn cael y canlyniadau ma nhw i fod.

Pryderu yn fawr iawn am ddyfydol addysg y plant...Arian wedi cael ei wastraffu yn cyngor Gwynedd ers blynyddoedd a pwy sydd yn mynd I ddioddef oherwydd hyn?? Plant a pobl ifanc Gwynedd!!
