Torbay council want to install more parking meters in and around Torbay. This will effect residents, traders and visitors alike and only serve to raise revenue for the council. All this at a time when Torbay is officially one of the poorest places in the Southwest and can ill afford the expense, lost trade and put off visitors coming to the Bay.
