The bylaws of our Club (Tennessee Futbol Club, Inc. - TNFC) are written to protect the interests of all Members of the club. The signees of this petition would like to request a Special Meeting of the membership, pursuant to Article II, Section 9 of our bylaws. We would like to discuss the recent restructuring of the club, as outlined in a recent press release from Craig Long, President, dated March 4, 2008. This restructure changes the club
