Contrary to Financial Literacy Principles:
As an institution that aims to instill values of responsibility and planning in students, mandating an upfront bulk payment without clarity on usage contradicts the basic principles of budgeting, financial accountability, and conscious spending.
Financial Burden and Inflexibility:
Not all families are in a position to make advance payments for unspecified future expenses. A pay-as-you-go model respects individual financial situations and promotes fairness.
Unused Balances and Refund Issues:
In many cases, unused wallet balances are either carried over indefinitely or involve unclear refund procedures, which further complicates the process for parents.
We therefore respectfully request that the school:
Immediately discontinue the mandatory prepaid wallet system.
Revert to a transparent, event-specific, pay-as-you-go fee model.

This is not ethical and for small amount parking such big amount is not acceptable
There is no need for mandatory 5k to be added in the wallet instead amount required for the specific exam only needs to be added
