At Thyme out Delicatessen, West Didsbury we have evolved over the last 4 years to meet our customer needs. Currently we run an A1 retail shop with an ancillary café. We would like to apply to the council to change our use from A1 retail shop to A3 Café/ Restaurant. This will make no change to the day to day operation of the delicatessen.
