Iowa needs a 21st Century infrastructure but I cannot afford for state government to take any more of my money to pay for it. It is time for state government to make choices and prioritize, just like my family has to do. If infrastructure is a priority then find the money to pay for it in the existing budget without raising the regressive gax tax on the families and businesses of Iowa.
