As all members of the organization know El "El Boogie" and Max "Zeus" have been wrongly accused of insubordination and disrespect, as well as voted out as members of the RRNDD Background information for all signing goes as follows: El Boogie and Zeus were placed on suspension then voted out (this cannot be done, its either or) due to as counseling stmnts states 1) showing disrespect to a member on facebook; as we all know facebook does not govern our organization nor does it make determination of actions regarding other members the statement that started the process was that a member had missed several conference calls, and had missed one in particular, an apology had been issued via facebook which to that was this response from El Boogie: I don't have an issue with you but as being a division member I'm disappointed in you.....it's always an excuse & you sell a bunch of wolf tickets either you in or out bro....your actions build distrust.....this was not meant as disrespectful just a concerned member and also Zeus stated: I think its no feelings to be aired. JUS Utter amazement/confused that you can be considered to be nominated by a past prez for an officer position this year & for the current prez to assign you head on behalf of RRNDD for one of the biggest RR events of the year....and only thing you have put in time for the dog division in this past year is simply "nothing". No show @ RRNDD anni in Lousianan & you havent been on a conf call if Im not mistaken since Oct 2011. (2 calls a month x 7 months i = 14 missed calls). Like Boogie I dont have an issue with you ...but as a member and the one that place my first vest on me last year.......Im HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED & concerned in all parties involved.  THIS was posted in a group created for RRNDD members. So are we saying that memebrs cannot voice their concern for the organization? Then a counseling stmnt was issued for "contacting a National Board Member" the question was raised to which NB was contacted......NO ANSWER! Then a vote was placed (via email) for the voting out of El Boogie and Zeus (and again no names were given to "protect" them) also when the stmnts were issued from the SOA at the time HE WAS NOT AN OFFICER! He sent out a mass text saying he was "dropping his colors" then 2 days later he issued the stmnts .....THIS CANNOT BE DONE! And due to this information, him issuing the counseling stmnts are null and void and due to us not turning in our corporate vests our side of the story was not heard so to right this wrong this petition is to serve as to grab the NB attention to show we are not disorderly or disrespectful members anyone who has came in contact with us know that we rep and "ryde or die" for this organization, this is not about popularity but rather right and wrong.
