I don't know about all of you, but the fact that my utility bill was $400+ this month when we kept our heat below 70 and were very concious of our energy usage really bothers me. I am getting charged $679/mo. to live here and now I have to pay another $100? NO THANKS! I know for a fact that the problem lies within the quality of the heating unit as well as the quality of the insulation in these supposedly "brand new" phase II apartments. My friends who live in old drafty houses and crappy old apartments with terrible insulation pay a quarter of what I pay to heat and run energy in their homes. Sign this petition if you believe that the lodges should compensate for these outrageous fees!!!! Whether by reducing our rent or by paying for a portion of our BWL bills.
