I just spent the last three hours printing out these signatures because frankly my hands are shaking from reading all the new horror stories people keep messaging me about the association. It is honestly exhausting to keep track of every single legal threat they send out but knowing I am not the only target makes me want to push this until the whole office is completely cleared out.

Amounts shown in maintenance bills to residents and corresponding bank payments transactions not matching. Service staff details and security staff details with payment received signed register not available to us but huge payments done for these two areas
Calling police on residents for raising questions is uncalled for and doesn't seem to be a healthy sign of association maintaining the spirit of dialogue for betterment of the society. Hence signing.
Register the association under the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959. Elect new members. Please do not continue with the KAOA 1972 Act.
The SDATG association (2024-25) is not at all transparent and denied sharing information related to Corpus Fund misappropriation to residents. And it utilizes the association fund to put case on a resident, for asking financial details. These are not healthy signs of an associate and raises doubt about the conduct and integrity of association office bearers.
I perceive that this association have failed to carry out the function expected of them, this machinery have malfunctioned and our cost of maintenance have sky rocketed. They should be dissolved.
Vinay Sharma and the people in association are hiding facts and making money from peoples hard earned money.
Vinay Sharma is a corrupt guy, he needs to go

There is no justification provided for increasing the maintenance month after month. Also there is lack of transparency in the decision making related to financial activities.
