The board finally caved and approved the Andrew A. Zuniga Career Technical Innovation Space. They tried to ignore us for as long as they could but our pressure forced their hand. We won this together so keep watching to ensure they actually break ground.

We hit one hundred signatures while the administration keeps dragging their feet on this innovation space. Those cowards at the top are finally starting to notice that we are not going away quietly.

Zúñiga was one of a kind. He was the heart of CTE and we would love to see him memorialized as such.
I wouldn't have made it though high school without this amazing man. He created a safe and fun space for everyone, and encouraged creativity like no one else! ❤️
The best teacher ever. A great guide and mentor for many. He changed my life and many others. He deserves to be remembered and credited for the work he put into the many programs DVHS offers. His name and work deserve to be remembered, the school and the community owe it to him
My son was one of his former students, my son's major is Graphic design, Mr. Zuniga is my son's inspiration, we never forget him.
By all means, Mr. Andrew A. Zuniga should be remembered for his huge contributions to the students and community of Del Valle. Naming this wing in his honor would be very fitting.
He was an amazing teacher and human being
He was a light to so many people, students, parents and staff. He poured out his love and sacrificed his time to help so many...countless amount of people from all walks of life.

Andrew Zuniga was pretty much the Administrator of this particular Building and it's Hallways. I had the Pleasure and the misfortune (kidding) of teaching next to him for 15+ years. I will never ever forget his Cheesy Dance Moves as he entered my classroom daily... With Respect to Joleen, Lil Finn, Mathew Patrick Zuniga and his family.. Let's make this happen.. "The Andrew A. Zuniga Career & Technical Innovation Space" In his Honor....
