The school corporation finally granted us the option of choice for our families. It has been a long road but I am relieved that we can finally move forward with this autonomy in place.

We applaud the decision of the P-H-M school corporation to make masks optional for the summer programs beginning at the conclusion of the current school year. Dr. Thacker, the P-H-M school board, and the SJCDH has our full support in their approval for making this change in safety protocols. Thank you for giving every parent the choice in making the decision that they feel is best for their family and student.

The momentum is building toward one hundred signatures and I need your help to reach that threshold before we present this. It has been a long and draining process but pushing this final bit is necessary to show the board how many families want this choice.

I live in PHM district and want to THANK YOU and support your decision NOT to mask out children. Contrary to the propaganda, wearing masks are unhealthy and dangerous to our children’s physical and mental state. Lack of good oxygen occurs when constantly masked and it also forms barriers between people.
I'm a student at Penn, and I'm so happy I get to continue school without struggling to breathe. If it weren't for the decision to keep masks optional, I wouldn't have gone back to school this year and had to replan my future.
Please stay strong. Science shows risk is minimum for this age group. I would much rather risk covid for my kids than the anxiety, loneliness, risk of suicide, that mask mandating does. Let’s teach our youth to respect others opinions not simply to comply. Please stay strong let parents make the choices for our kids!
I do not have a spleen due to trauma at a very early age. I need a variety of boosters from time to time. Additionally, my ability to fight off viral infections is very low. However, my ability to choose how I navigate my health is my choice and my business. Yes personal choice is my right and my liberty!!
We appreciate the acknowledgment that as parents, we are capable of making safe, educated decisions for our own children. We urge you to continue this decision for the upcoming school year.
WE DON’T WANT TO WEAR MASKS!
Choice is important. Even if a child becomes severely ill or dies of COVID, it is worth it.
