I'm a student at Penn, and I'm so happy I get to continue school without struggling to breathe. If it weren't for the decision to keep masks optional, I wouldn't have gone back to school this year and had to replan my future.

Please stay strong. Science shows risk is minimum for this age group. I would much rather risk covid for my kids than the anxiety, loneliness, risk of suicide, that mask mandating does. Let’s teach our youth to respect others opinions not simply to comply. Please stay strong let parents make the choices for our kids!

Free will is so fundamental to our sense of wellbeing it underwrites our sense of morality, our judicial system and our individual RELIGIOUS faith.
This concept is so important to the human experience that some religions equate free will to the concept of "breath", to "breathe" or the act of "breathing" which itself is not to be understated. The irony of this being a debate is not lost on me. If you restrict one you are restricting the other.
It is immoral and unethical to attempt to mandate or enforce cruel and unusual punishments such as denying a child unrestricted access to fresh OXYGEN.
"Pro-Mask-Mandate" advocates can not morally, lawfully or rightfully attempt to possess, control or dictate to a minor based on the very simple FUNDAMENTAL premise of CONSENT.
CONSENT MATTERS.
CONCLUSION
"Pro-Mask-Mandate" advocates can not delegate authority they simply do not possess. They can only advocate for themselves and THEIR Rights.
They simply cannot dictate to others what Rights others have with their own body, mind or spirit. They are not masters and we are not slaves.
