I have 6 hudl2, 4 have screen damage. I could repair them myself but cannot afford the £59 per screen Tesco charge to repair them. Its a real shame as they are a great tablet but I will not buy another unless i can start to repair them myself.

I phoned up Tesco regarding a cracked screen on my daughters hudl - £95 to repair. My husband and I work for ourselves we cant just splash out that kind of money each time one of our children break their gadgets. How about making the parts readily available and afordable?

Totally disgusted with Tesco after my daughters Hudl 2 screen smashed after a slight tap. the attitude of Tech Support was disgraceful, the tablet is less than a month old. I was never offered insurance when I purchased it and £99 to repair the screen?!!

Come on Tesco. You owe it to your customers to provide a full spares service. The Hudl 2 is a well made device and fixing it is not hard for a competent person. At the moment a cracked screen turns the Hudl 2 into landfill! That is just irresponsible.

My son accidentally dropped his Hudl and the screen is badly cracked. What really dissapoints is that Tesco in their infinite wisdom , will not allow these tablets to be repaired. What ! think we will just go out and buy another one. Er, no I don't think so. Get your act together Tesco
