Terry, long-time mail carrier for Windsor Forest, Macy Drive, Grand Veridian and many communities around Houze Way in Roswell, has been terminated. It is all allegedly linked to an accident before Christmas where his truck rolled into a garage door while he was delivering a package. He was suspended without pay and has now been terminated. I have been spending my mornings talking to neighbors who remember Terry stopping to check on their elderly parents or bringing packages right to the door during the worst weather. The postal service has not offered a public explanation yet but they surely see how much this community values the man who looked after our streets for fifteen years.

Seeing this kind of turnout proves that Terry is more than just a mail carrier to this neighborhood. I am heading to the post office this afternoon to let them know exactly how much we value his fifteen years of dedicated service.

We understand the parking brake failed on the mail truck, yet Terry is to blame for this. Wonder if the maintenance supervisor was terminated also? Terry needs a good HR attorney ASAP! Terry makes sure we get the correct mail and finds those companies that move etc. He is the best mail carrier I've ever had in 36 years of business!
Terry has been the best postal worker I have encountered since being in Roswell. He is consistent in his delivery time, handles our packages with care, and is always a positive, smiling carrier. I hope that you don't allow a wet, early morning issue during the busy season define his career. He deserves better and we deserve him!
Terry Boyce was/is a fantastic mailman! He really cared about doing the best job for all of us on his route. We miss him and want him to be reinstated. Accidents happen, and so too should forgiveness. Please give Terry another chance!
Terry is the best mail carrier I've ever had. He is dedicated, takes cares of our mail and packages with utmost care, and is always friendly and smiling. He is a special person and has had a positive affect of many people. I am hoping that the accident (many of us have had our share!) can be dealt with and he can be reinstated and receive his benefits back. My kids were upset and miss Terry too!
Please allow Terry to continue our mail service. He puts packages inside my garage and carefully collects my mail when I take trips. He is exceptional, and I have friends in other areas who certainly will never give these accolades to their carriers!
Please reinstate Terry asap.

Was shocked to hear the news of Terry loosing his job! We have been open for 27 years and had many postman at Roswell Bikes, Terry was by far the BEST! Please reconsider!!
