We, the residents and/or business persons, and/or property owners, and/or customers in the area surrounding 101 E. 25th Street, by our names submitted on this petition do hereby request the Board of Liquor License Commissioners of Baltimore City to grant a new Class B beer, wine and liquor license at 101 E. 25th Street to Terra Cafe’ and Terence J. Dickson as we feel public need, accommodation, and convenience would be served by granting of this new license, and would not pose a hazard to the health, safety and welfare of residents in the area, the community, and would be beneficial to the same.

I support Mr. Dickson. The extension of a beer license would make his establishment viable for other types of events that are geared towards responsible adults and can be utilized for happy hours, weddings, banquets etc which all are fundamental to his growth in business.
Terra Cafe has long been a responsible business in the area and it will be welcome change to have a quality sit down restaurant that serves wine instead of the requisite package stores that are in the area.
I cant think of a person or an establishment in that area, that would handle serving alcohol to people in the community more responsibly, than Mr. Dickinson and Terra Cafe.
local resident at 2500 block N Howard and so happy to have this institution in my neighborhood. They deserve the opportunity to remain competitive in the restaurant business and a liquor license is often key to that.
Terra Cafe is truly a treasure of Baltimore! They routinely give back to the community and I appreciate how they cultivate youths in the area with needed income, training, and exposure to positive Black leaders. The food is amazing and I look forward to having a glass of wine with my swai real soon!!
If anyone deserve it, Its Terra Café! I have not meet a respectful, charitable, and heartfelt group. I recently read on many contributions Terra Café has brought to the community table and they deserve a seat!
My family and I are excited about having this venue be able to allow us to enjoy our beverage of choice for our evenings together as family heads of households - getaways.

If it can be done in Remington @ R House and at Dizzy Izzy's as well as a host of the other places that is in the surrounding area than it can be done here too! I.welcome the vibe, culture and support in our community.
