Josey is finally out and the administration had no choice but to listen to us. This school belongs to the students again and we are going to keep watching them to make sure no one else tries to turn our classrooms into a prison.

South Florence high school has become a literal prison. I been here since my freshman year and the change that has taken place has been drastic and it wasn't a change for the better. I use to love coming to school now I dread the thought of it. Ever since this change we had a new principal and everyday she is making the school worst. Our principal makes decisions base on her opinion and not the opinions of the staff or students.Everything in this school revolves around her opinions and what she wants to do.

The emails are flooding my inbox with accounts of how Josey is ruining this school. We are building a formal case against her incompetent leadership and I am taking these stories straight to the district office.

The administration at South Florence needs to stop ignoring us because our momentum is now impossible to overlook. It is clear that the student body is finished with the principal and her selfish agenda.

I honestly believe Mrs.Josey belongs in an elementary school or middle school but never a high school. She treats us like little kids and she has all these different ways you should go to class. Teachers complain about how we are late for class when Josey is preventing us from getting there on time. Josey also told our senior class that they are dumb and she dose not care if we graduate or not because she already has her diploma. Josey puts on a face just to hide the fact the she disrespects staff students and parents.
When the blue ribbon was happening there was a student panel. Mrs.Josey talks to students from the panel ahead of time just to tell them to say good things about the school. There is nothing good about this school except the fine arts program itself now even about to be ruined. Mrs.Josey and the district need to get it together.
ms josey is homophobic, racist, and neglectful to every one of her students, and continuously holds tardy meetings where she screams at the students and has told the seniors MULTIPLE times that she does not care about them graduating. she is the worst principal i’ve ever had and will ever have.
As soon as I saw this petition I was glad to see someone has stand up to put josey in her place. I’m a college student now but I was in the school system at Wilson josey was ridiculous she was very selfish and inconsiderate of others opinions and did not care. I’m glad someone is taking a stand to get this lady out.
Her seeing us be joyful and having the slightest fun makes her mad . She turned Sf into a prison and we are definitely tired of it . She only makes things based on HER opinion and it’s not right at all . These are our last years of school and she’s making it hell and even making 9th graders drop out like wtf . WE WANT HER GONE .. we might have to do a protest !

Everything about this school is horrible but no ones speak up on or address the right things but instead push it aside like nothings wrong and everythings fine and it's not just Josey who needs to get check some of the teachers and administration are so disrespectful to students but no one speaks out on it because there afraid they might get caught.

I knew she would be an issue, due how she handles things at Southside. Never had issues with my son at school until he got there. I had to go to the school several times to speak with about how she favor the teachers, instead of listening to the students. Making bad calls, that could have made my students records look bad.
