The school finally agreed to bring in the exterminators and tent the building. I am honestly in shock that this actually happened because of you. Please keep an eye on things when we go back just to ensure they stick to the plan.

This is a petition to tent ross high school for bed bugs.
Update. Some teachers are talking about how there is no carpeted place for bed bugs to be spread. But again what about the PAC (performing arts center) the media center and the office is all carpeted. Also think about it the bugs can move from student to student by a bump in the hall, They can also crawl through lockers and get on peoples backpacks and jackets. So they basically just say not to worry about it, im assuming nothing is being done.

I am honestly stunned to see so many people signing this because I honestly thought I was the only one noticing these problems. None of this progress would be happening without your help so could you please send the link to one more person who might care about this? bed bugs are nasty and kids shouldn't have to go to school and learn in an environment that is contaminated with pests. it also makes ross high school look like garbage
I just saw some bugs on the floor in the library and I just became extremely discusted I don't know if they're bed bugs but they were very small and black and they were huddled in the corner.
If I get bed bugs because I had to come to school I'm gonna be really mad. It's not cheap to fumigate a house once you have them!
This is ridiculous! They are in the area right next to my daughters classes. I do not want her coming home with them! She said they are in the library and the teacher said if they didn't want to go in there they could go to the office. When the kids went to the office, they were sent back to library! I will be charging the school district if they come home with my kids!
There are concerts coming up for the auditorium which includes elementary and middle school students. Starts with one school, would spread to all, not even including peoples homes. Either tent it or find an alternate location for the concerts.
Not happy that the school has not notified a single parent.

I find it crazy how our own principal can call our home and tell our families this is all a ridiculous rumor. People have seeen them. They've put chromebook cases in ziplock bags. THEYRE TO CHEAP TO FIX THE PROBLEM but they also don't want this to get to the news. I'm so frustrated with Ross High School.
