The number of teachers being eliminated in 2012-2013 is significant and will adversely impact the quality of education in our School District. On Friday, May 11, 2012, our teachers voted to give back a portion of their salary to assist in preserving education in our School District. We need reasonable class sizes and this means more teachers in the classroom. The community, through our elected Board of Education, has a say in the fiscal decisions of OUR School District.
Sign this petition to indicate that you are in favor of using teacher concessions to save teacher jobs in 2012-2013.
