Petition Summary And Background: With regard to the lastest Thornwilde Community Facilities Association meeting of February 2013, a First Amendment was proposed to the Declaration Of Covenants, Conditions And Restrictions And Reservation Of Easements For Thornwilde Subdivision. This First Amendment has raised concerns with many of the Subdivision residents. Action Petitioned For: We, the undersigned, are concerned Class A members as it pertains to Section 6, Sub-Section A, Part 1 of the Articles Of Incorporation of the Thornwilde Community Facilities Association. Furthermore, we as members meet the requirements of Section 1, Sub-Section 8 listed in the By-Laws of the Thornwilde Community Facilities Association, who urge our Board to act now to call a Special Meeting, as described in Section 1, Sub-Section 2 of the governing By-Laws of the Thornwilde Community Facilities Association, with the intent to discuss, amend, or, remove the proposed First Amendment.
