Allowing us to bring plus ones to the 2026 formal would make the event more inclusive, enjoyable, and memorable for everyone. Many of us may feel more comfortable and confident attending with a guest of our choice, whether that be a close friend, partner, or family member. This would help reduce stress and ensure that we all feel supported and able to fully enjoy the experience. Having plus ones could also encourage positive behaviour, as we would be more likely to feel at ease and engaged. The formal is meant to be a celebration of our time at school, and giving us the option to bring someone special would make it an even more meaningful and unforgettable occasion.

PLEASE!! it would be so much better if we could bring an outsider. some of us dont really want to go if we are stuck on our own all night.

it makes no sense to not let us bring a date. half the fun of formal is getting ready with someone you actually want to be there with. let us have a real night!!
