On 31st Jan 2014 many people became aware of a promotion to get a free Tassimo hot drinks machine when they purchased 25 pounds of Tassimo products

People had already been taking advantage of this offer earlier in the day.

The offer was featured on a website called HotUkDeals, many people became aware of the offer because of this great shopping site and decided to order.

After hours of using the slow website, people finally did their orders and many (after making their order and signing up to the site... AND returning to the site after registration) found that the orders were unfulfillable and were saying the machines were out of stock!!! Why not keep the item in people's trolley while Tassimo UK make them go through a long and drawn out registration process??

Many people did manage to get their orders through... and then people started noticing that their orders "magically disappeared" from their accounts. Order status' changed from in being packed to GONE!

Tassimo UK did not email them to inform them that the orders were being cancelled.

People have spend much time emailing, writing messages on Facebook and calling.. to no response!
People have had money taken from accounts and no reply from the company on the situation.

A lot of money from consumables could have been made by Tassimo UK.. However, this now seems not to be the case.

To make things "just" a bit worse, some people have received their orders!! What is the policy for people having orders cancelled and others not?? Postcode lottery??
Add to that, the Facebook page removing any comments concerning this subject.. Not a good PR exercise by Tassimo UK.

We the undersigned believe that people who ordered machines for personal use should have their orders dispatched, regardless of if the order was processed or not.. This should include the people who went through signing up to your site through the registration process to after find out the machine was then out of stock.

Tassimo UK, You have the chance to make a lot of "Angry people" "loyal customers" with just a bit of good customer service.
