I have been hearing from so many of you who are just as worried as I am about what these management changes mean for our community. Behind the scenes I am pressing for transparency because we deserve to know how these decisions will impact our homes and our bank accounts.

Enough with the secrecy. Tell us the plan already.
I really hope we get a say in this. It feels like things are moving behind closed doors.
We need total transparency here. This is our money and our community and we deserve to know exactly how the fees will be affected.
Keep us in the loop. We have a right to know what kind of contracts are being discussed.
Management companies usually just drive up the costs and provide worse service. Stick with a GM who actually cares about Tara.
