this petition is for customers who have had problems with the service they booked through TALKTALK and has gone unresolved. Myself after waiting 8 months to go live for my broadband I have attempted to cancel just to be told that I would have to pay a cancellation fee, even though I have been paying for 8 months for a incomplete service. Time and time I have been lied to by their customer service department, not once have I been able to access the online billing system and much more. Continues calls and time wasted to talktalk who brush of the problems with excuses or downright lies, nothing ever gets solved. If this sounds similar to your experience with this company please sign
