Take Back Beaconridge: Time for change in the HOA

Petition for Greater Resident Involvement in Our HOA
We, the undersigned, Homeowners and Tenants (with Proxy), of the Beaconridge Improvement Association, oppose the abusive and fradulent use of authority of the CURRENT, 2024-2025 Beaconridge Home Owners Association. Therefore, through this petition, we alter the HOA Charter/Laws/Bylaws redefining it to explicitly define its Constitutional Authority, to formally recognize the difference between legal and moral authority, to acknowledge that it only receives LEGAL authority from its residents and thus, it has no authority to LIMIT OR CONTROL residents. It is to recognize that its primary obligation is a MORAL one, which is to PROTECT and DEFEND the Sovereign Rights of Residents in all of its duties, and to fulfill this responsibility without FRAUD, THEFT or ROUNDABOUT COMPENSATION FROM CONTRACTORS/STAFF to collect revenue. Lastly, it is required to get involved to POSITIVELY SUPPORT RESIDENTS sin Defamation, Libel, or Slander (falsehood).
Concerns:
Mishandling of Funds: We seek transparency regarding the management and allocation of our community funds.
Property Maintenance: Many common areas remain unkempt, affecting our community’s appearance and value.
Lack of Amenities: Our community deserves accessible amenities that enhance our quality of life.
Delayed Payments: The HOA’s failure to pay bills on time, including lawn care and maintenance, has resulted in neglect of our shared spaces.
Unfair Work Environment: We are concerned about the recent removal of newly elected board members in favor of previous members, undermining our democratic process.
Our Request:
We ask for regular community meetings to discuss HOA decisions and allow residents to voice their concerns.
Establish a transparent financial report accessible to all residents.
Create a plan for maintaining our grounds and improving community amenities.
Reinstate democratic election processes for board members to ensure fair representation.
