We the staff members of the FMCA-Jacksonville, are petitioning for the continued positioned of Acute Program Manager, Suzanne Ross.
Besides the Acute Nurses, several of the area staff have witnessed Suzanne on numerous occasions working late and going above and beyond the expectations of the Acute Program.
Also area staff have witnessed her leaving her office/manager role and assisting with treatments in the other area facilities as well as interactioning with facility administrators.
Suzanne has assisted all of us successfully in our positions by mentoring, measuring, and monitoring our progress and advising as necessary.

Ridiculous to think about losing her. Suzanne is always there when we need help with tough cases and she works harder than anyone I know.

Suzanne is the only reason this place runs smooth. She actually helps us on the floor instead of just hiding in her office all day. Keep her.
