Every second counts in an emergency. Congress needs to stop dragging their feet and pass this act already.
These guys are the only reason my dad is still here today. They work way too hard to be struggling for funding. Get it done!

My nephew is a paramedic and the stuff he sees is insane. They need better gear and support more then ever.
