July 13th at 5:00pm at Stansberry Leadership Center is the BOE “vote” by which they then have 72 hours upon conclusion to notify Coach O -in writing - as to if the termination of employment will be upheld OR reversed and employment reinstated or other offer extended. Votes will be made public. This community should DEMAND many, many changes following this entire corrupt process and complete failure of Leadership representation presented on multiple platforms over the past 60 days.

This petition is intended to demonstrate the vast support that exists for Coach Joe Oswald. ** The human definition of outstanding CHARACTER as a Coach - a Teacher and a Person.

Coach Oswald has 27 years of exemplary professional service in the LSR7 District. 29 years in the State of Missouri. Dedicated to education - students - athletes - colleagues - co-workers - friends - neighbors - teams - church - organizations - the less fortunate -even strangers....though he knows no strangers.

Coach Joe Oswald is facing allegations that he was unprofessional and discourteous toward a student. A public hearing has been set for June 23rd to determine upholding Termination of his Employment.

Numerous very successful students, athletes, co-workers, parents of students will vehemently substantiate that Coach Oswald is always professional. He recognizes heart, talent, best effort and hard work. He motivates students to facilitate improvement. He uncovers student interests in an effort to help them learn.

Coach Oswald: Possesses a truly exceptional, gifted ability to recognize, interact, and connect with students, athletes and young people of all ages to encourage, motivate and educate.

Discrimination by Coach Oswald of ANY type with ANY person is ludicrous.

Unprofessionalism is not a personal attribute Coach O possesses.
