Hello, this is Josh Ellis & Antonio Messina here, and we are the proud owners of Suburban Greens, a prospective cannabis dispensary located in Washington Borough, New Jersey. This petition was created in response to a concern raised by the Borough about a potential of lack of public interest within the community.
Suburban Greens is dedicated to serving the township of Washington with affordable prices and collaborative events through our cannabis dispensary. But we need your help!!!

This is great for your community. You will have a local store that can service you. You won't have to travel a distance to get product. The best part You have great owners. I have worked with them for years at a Nissan dealership. We all to care of our customer. All the employees had the best Customer Service from Nissan. That is what you want in a customer service business. God bless
No reason this amazing dispensary should not open. They'll be doing the town a favor taking over a vacated building bringing it to life, creating another source of revenue for the town and bringing the community together. Plus the owners are earnest, loyal and hardworking business and family men. Thanks for showing your true colors Washington Township, but the people have spoken!! Open Suburban Greens!!
Why not allow a business who wants to renovate a building not in use within the town? It will bring jobs, money, and renovation to the town.
As NJ has de-criminalized the use of recreational marijuana, not to mention all the strict federal guidelines that must be followed to run a dispensary. What is the issue? THC is also verifiably effective in patient's with chronic intractable pain that prescription opioids do not work. I implore you to consider the economic benefits that a small business Suburban Greens will bring to your community.
No reason not to have 2 shops. There are double or triple of other businesses. I am perplexed as to why the council would not allow fair competition. If both businesses succeed great for them. If one fails it’s on them.

Washington is saturated with Liqueur stores and Bars; let’s promote a healthy alternative for our community here in town!
