My name is Jonathan Lau and I was born and raised in Brookline, MA. I have lived in Brookline for over 35 years. I grew up Brookline, went to Brookline public schools and graduated Brookline High School in the year 2000. I spent most of my days after school at Egmont Community Housing because my best friend lived there at the time. My wife immigrated from China to Brookline and we have two small children. I’m also a minority business owner looking to get into the marijuana industry and I need your help. I’m trying to be the first American born Chinese Brookline resident to own a recreational dispensary.
The proposed location for my Recreational Marijuana Dispensary is in the town of Brookline MA. I’m starting this petition because I need signatures of people that are in support of JLAU&CO to open a recreational cannabis location. The time for racial equity is now. Starting with minority business owners that care about the community.

I’ve also been a resident of Brookline of 40 years. I’ve known John since Brookline high school. he’s a very responsible family man and I’m sure as a minority in the town of Brookline, he will do great and in many aspects of the business.
