Recent developments could impact your safety and our goal is to provide you the chance to show your support as we advocate for the best possible outcomes.

There are two development projects we are studying very closely to determine our exposure to safety risks. First, a 16-story condominium planned above the parking garage at 403 N. Wabash, and second, the new Beacon Tavern’s desire to operate a valet service in the front circle drive of 405 N. Wabash.

We have contracted experts who are providing reports which serve as the basis for our safety concerns. We have been in communication with Alderman Reilly regarding these findings.
