We enthusiastically recommend and support Nino Louarsabishvilli for the Director of Tennis role at Roundhill. Nino’s tenure, loyalty, expertise and deep relationships with our members position her uniquely to lead our excellent tennis program. Nino embodies the culture of Roundhill and is a key contributor to the excellence and results of our program.
Nino’s experience as a world champion junior benefits our junior program because she offers personal, relevant perspective to the players and their parents. Connecting with parents on how to support their kids is critical in keeping them motivated. Nino achieved success on the professional tour. She helps us all with coaching and suggestions for our casual and competitive matches. She will relate any of our situations to her own wins, losses and experiences. Evenings find Nino frequently on the deck (after a long day of working) during our matches with encouragement that she follows up with coaching and advice to improve our individual games. She is truly engaged and invested in each member.
Nino exhibits deep listening, thoughtful responses and diplomatic issue resolution. Nino earns people’s confidence and respects confidentiality. Her demeanor invites feedback. She will handle with aplomb the political dynamics, problems, and extensive scheduling and re-scheduling that is part of tennis and USTA seasons. Nino earned excellent relationships with Roundhill pros, other clubs and USTA, which will benefit our club and teams.
Nino frequently leads events and club management as Sue’s delegate. Nino has managed daily activities and large events, including Saturday morning men’s drop in, Invitational, Spring Fling, Friday night drop in, holiday tennis events, junior tournaments, etc. Nino owned end to end responsibility on many of these successful, large events. We’ve seen Nino step into a resolution role during matches as the RH leader needed to resolve a rules question or issue.
Nino is a top performer and learner who welcomes a challenge. We are completely confident in her business acumen to lead our tennis program and generate great outcomes for members and for Roundhill. Nino possesses the intellect, work ethic, leadership skills and responsibility to handle the financial, personnel and management aspects of the Director position.
We believe that Nino will continue the success of our club and identify new opportunities and ideas. She is smart, professional, personable and a joy to work with. We will be fortunate to have Nino as our Director of Tennis.

Nino has shown incredible loyalty and commitment to our club. Her work ethic and knowledge of the game is unsurpassed. She has earned our support and deserves this opportunity!
Nino would be a great Director of Tennis. She is a great instructor and knows how to be tough and sensitive at the same time. She is familiar with most of the club members and has a good relationship with them. She should be seriously considered for the job!
Nino is a very qualified professional, and promoting from within sets a great tone for Roundhill. Companies that support growth to their employees generally get great people to join their team.

I am not a tennis player but I am an executive business person and the qualities that I look for in good hire are: experience, a track record from their previous jobs and a outstanding performance. Sounds like Nino has all of the above.
