I and my family have been in this area for 75 years and Jody was our nurse and cared both for my mother and then years later my sister! In our eyes she became a trusted and beloved family member. She was able to get my mom out of pain within a day after she had sucf
Willful blindness rules the day. I don't think the Board understands that this is not 'just' a personnel issue. It is an existential crisis. The Yolo Hospice that we all know and love is being destroyed. It is happening on their watch, and they don't seem to know or care.
My experience working with Jody for 10 years as a nurse at Yolo Hospice was extremely positive. She was always a bright spot in the day, so competent, caring, compassionate and forever advocating for patients, fellow staff and Yolo Hospice. Love you, Jody!
Jody has a loving heart and beautiful soul that represented YH of the mission statement and the core values. To receive an e- mail of her last day, felt like the heart and soul was ripped out of YH... you are truly missed xoxo
I don't know the story here, but I find it hard to imagine that losing Jody could be beneficial to Yolo Hospice. She is a gem and a bearer of much of the organization's history. I sincerely hope this decision will be carefully reconsidered.

I don't have to work I have a nice PERS retirement income. Beside who said I was harassing my former employer, here I thought the discussion was about you and what you thought you know about the incident. How does this impact your life? Once again do you work at Yolo Hospice or set on the board?

i have made an annual donation to this organization for 11years solely on the experience we had with our nurse Jody Norton! Never again! You can not tell me that this woman ever did anything that deserved such poor treatment. Shame on Yolo Hospice. No contact please!
