Everybody on this site (I.E. Jody's FB friends) need to get a life. She has been terminated with cause and there is no turning back. She is DONE!!!!

I had posted a comment early informing readers about the termination of Piper Berge. Staff is afraid retaliation. CEO SO is now answering the phones at Yolo Hospice. Very interesting.

Friday was another dishearten day at Yolo Hospice. The CEO had a discussion with an RN on staff promising to be more transparent in his interaction with staff the RN agreed to stay. By that afternoon he had terminated Piper Berge IT via email, with out any explanation as to why she was terminated. Piper was the one who spoke on behave of concerned staff if He had followed a process of termination of Jody Norton. When the board was ask if there was a manual personal procedure Board Pres. said yes but did not allow anyone the opportunity to review it..

Jody has an impeccible reputation in this community. She has helped so many community members and their families through the end of life process. Please review the process that ended with Hospice losing the best Hospice nurse they have ever had.
