Let it go ahead.. it's what the town needs, huge boost to the tourist industry bringing in the younger end of the tourists with disposable incomes. Let's not leave the town to slowly decline through pensioners being dragged in by bus.

It'll create jobs. A splendid recreational place for locals and tourists to visit. The plans pulled for the lack of parking? There is a pay and display within 4 minutes walk? What are the council thinking about? It's ridiculous!

Any development that is going to create long term jobs for the town should be supported. Especially so now that there are going to be many hundreds of new households in the town that may require them, due to the excessive amount of house building locally.

I live really near the mill, it's a dark road to walk up at the moment- redevelopment is the best move in my opinion it will turn a dilapidated building into something that is useable for the community bringing income and jobs to the area. I'm all for it!

This is a fantastic development for the town and the people of Clitheroe, generating jobs, interest for locals and tourists and economic growth. It saves a disused textile mill, Clitheroe's heritage. Please let this get the go ahead.

With James Places proven track record in investing in local landmark buildings, consequent sympathetic development and ongonig employment opportunities this development should be welcomed with open arms, it is just what the area needs.
