What ever James Warburton does he make a really good job of. All James Places are assets to the Ribble Valley. Holmes Mill is near to my home in Clitheroe I welcome this development as precious to this the mill was an empty derelict building that was open to vandalism. He has bought this building and given it new life. Let the man progress with his plans for the mill and give our town more Jobs, tourism. There is are no arguments valid on parking because the planning office doesn't take that into consideration when new homes are being built in every possible empty space in and around Clitheroe

UGLY NEW HOUSES GET APPROVED BUT SOMETHING REALLY BENEFICIAL LIKE THIS DOES NOT. I HAVE BEEN PAYING COUNCIL TAX TO RVBC FOR YEARS NOW AND FEEL LET DOWN . COME ON PLANNERS GET A GRIP THIS WILL BE FANTASTIC FOR CLITHEROE. FROM A DISGRUNTLED CLITHEROE RESIDENT !!

I am all for the building being sorted, but living only two streets away I am certainly not happy with how much more traffic there will be.. And what about parking..? More dumped cars on our St... I think the residents of Woone lane, Wilson st, eshton terrace and west view should have been asked about traffic first. Its that bad the lollypop lady was run over... Total gridlock on Greenacre st and woone lane now..

Great development opportunity supporting employment, local needs and bringing tourism into the Ribble Valley. With all the current new builds this actually adds value whilst supporting the local community great plans that need to be agreed and supported to get this development started.

It's a big yes from me. To see the mill brought back to life will be a great addition to the Ribble Valley., giving the town a much needed new attraction. Everyone will gain from this and no better a front man to succeed. Well done to all involved. Good luck

James' Places have a reputation for developing successful businesses that bring employment to local people and a positive halo effect to the immediate area. This should be reconsidered and passed.
