Georgia Varley sadly died in October 2011 and my heart goes out to her family and friends. It is a tragedy that a 16 year old girl lost her life on a night out. It is however a miscarriage of justice that Christopher McGee should be blamed for the loss of her life. What happened was an accident, there should be no blame on either side. Both sides (Geogrias family and Christopher McGee) will suffer the effects of this accident for the rest of their lives. This petition is to show support for Christopher McGee and if enough support is gathered hopefully launch a public appeal against the courts manslaughter ruling.

The courts ignored the truth and painted an accidental tragedy as a crime. We are creeping toward 500 signatures but we need to move faster to force a public appeal. Blast this link everywhere because Christopher McGee deserves justice now.

The courts ruined a young man's life over a tragic accident and we are almost at the first hundred signatures to challenge this injustice. Push this link out right now so the legal system sees that we refuse to ignore this blatant miscarriage.

TOTAL INJUSTICE. The judge got this completely wrong. Chris needs to come home.

This whole thing is just so sad. Chris is a good lad and it was never his fault. He does not deserve to be in prison for an accident.

My heart breaks for everyone involved but putting him away for this is just wrong. He has his whole life ahead of him and its being wasted.

I used to work with Chris he is a decent guy and would never hurt anyone on purpose. Free him now.

Never should have been charged. Just a terrible freak accident.
