MCALLAN MAY HAVE BEEN SPEEDING BUT HE DIDNT CAUSE THE DEATH IN QUESTION. HE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE SAME LENGTH OF SENTENCE AS SEAN GOODFELLOW. PLEASE SIGN TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT TO MURRAY MCALLAN IN THE HOPE THAT HE WILL BE RELEASED SOONER THAN THE UNFAIR SENTENCE HE HAD BEEN GIVEN
The increase in support has moved this case into the view of legal advocates who specialize in sentence appeals. My focus is now on synthesizing these arguments into a formal brief to present to the appellate court clerk.

Too long. The system is broken when they pin everything on him just to look tough. Ridiculous.

Ridiculous sentence. He made a mistake driving but he is no killer. This is completely unfair.

The sentence is harsh. The judge went way over the top here.
