We purchased our lot with full knowledge of the CCR's which were a major component of our decision. They stand to protect property ownership, and future expectations regarding new and remodeled construction plans. They are expected to be enforced to protect our lot purchase agreement. Other than the permitted procedures to modify any of the CCR's, would result in a breach of our purchase agreement,.

We own a property management company and CCR's are so important in maintaining an area. Please keep them in place.

We purchase ur home with a complte understanding of the CC&Rs, and the ACC. This was a major reason we bought into Dixie Springs and w have every right to expect that the CC&Rs will be adhered to and that the ACC has the authority to enforce them.

I fully support enforcement of the CC&R's which we agreeded to when we chose to build here. We have lived here for 9 years and have a difficult time understanding why others who have come later won't abide by the same covenants that they agreeded to. We have wonderful friends here and I believe that the majority of them also support the CC& R's. It seems totally unfair for a minority group of latecomers to be such a loud voice for descent.
