We the undersigned stipulate that:

1) I live in Dixie Springs, Hurricane Utah.

2) I understand that Dixie Springs is NOT a planned community or HOA but DOES have CC&R's disclosed to me at the time I purchased my home.

3) I acknowledge the Architectural Control Committee of Dixie Springs as a legal entity.

4) I recognize the authority of the ACC board to enforce the CC&R's of Dixie Springs as outlined in Amendment 3 by the original developer of this community.

5) I denounce the efforts of peoples in this community to undermine the ACC Board's integrity with false or sensationalized claims and request that they immediately cease and desist the divisive actions.
