We purchase ur home with a complte understanding of the CC&Rs, and the ACC. This was a major reason we bought into Dixie Springs and w have every right to expect that the CC&Rs will be adhered to and that the ACC has the authority to enforce them.

Fully support ACC & CC&R’s. Rules are needed and must be enforced, just like traffic laws etc. That’s what we understood and pleased with when building here. Let’s move on in peace!

We purchased our lot with full knowledge of the CCR's which were a major component of our decision. They stand to protect property ownership, and future expectations regarding new and remodeled construction plans. They are expected to be enforced to protect our lot purchase agreement. Other than the permitted procedures to modify any of the CCR's, would result in a breach of our purchase agreement,.

Great work! These folks should have read the CCR's before they decided to move in.
