The feedback from local park users demonstrates how broad the interest in pickleball truly is across our community. I am currently reaching out to municipal officials to ensure this data is presented during the upcoming planning sessions.

Pickleball is one of the best things that has happened to me !!! It’s a great sport for all ages , minimal equipment investment, great exercise ( I’ve lost 30# ) and a wonderful social activity— great for people that need social interaction & meeting new people .
I support Pickleball 100 % !!!

Pickleball is not only beneficial to the individuals who play, but also the entire city. We see in Yucaipa that the players come out to play and then support our local restaurants. There are numerous players with RVs who travel around the country playing in as many different cities as possible. The stay at places like our Regional Park and boost the revenue there. If you get large enough to host tournaments, players will come to your city to play, stay in your motels, eat at your restaurants, and patronize your theaters, malls, etc. That’s all a great boost for your economy. It’s a healthy, economical family activity that strengthens family relations, promotes a healthy lifestyle and can be played equally well by all ages and all genders.

How many sports can bring together such a wide range of ages to play? A rapidly growing sport that is sorely lacking in facilities in our city. Corona was a small city of 16-17,000 people when my family moved here. Today we are 10 times that size and we should have a pickleball facility for day or night play that will accommodate players from Corona and the surrounding area ASAP.

We definitely need some permanent pickleball courts in Corona! We have too many of our residents driving to Orange County to find places to play......

Its amazing the quality of life that Pickleball brings. I was a collegiate athlete, and it inspires me to see people 50,60,70 out playing pickleball! Bring Pickleball to Corona!

They used to have pickleball at the Community Center on Main St but the specs of the court is wrong. There are also people walking inside the indoor basketball court while my husband and I were playing. They should set it up like the one at Newport Beach Community Center where the indoor basketball courts sre converted to pickleball courts on certain days.
