This petition is to demonstrate homeowner interest in having the newly refurbished Paseo del Sol homeowner’s association tennis courts updated with additional painted lines so that Pickleball or Badminton can also be played on them. The signatures will be presented at an upcoming Board meeting.

I have been hearing from so many of you who just want a local place to play a quick game after work without driving across town. I am currently putting together a formal proposal for the next board meeting to show them exactly how much demand exists for these court markings.

Seeing so many neighbors agree on this project has been incredible because I truly thought I was the only one missing these courts. It feels like we are finally building the community space our neighborhood deserves.

This is easy and courts will be used regularly. We are one of the only neighborhoods that do not have any courts
There'd need to be firm time scheduling so all four pickleball games end in the same time slot, otherwise pickleball players could stagger their games and monopolize the court, preventing tennis players from using it.
Pickleball would make my husband so happy! He has a really nice net and I am sure others do too.
My family would use pickleball courts and we have many friends in the neighborhood that would also.
Would love to have the lines be added, I think the community would benefit from it so much, I know a lot of people in the area who play daily/weekly
That would be awesome.

Pickle ball lines will allow two sports to be played on the same court. This allows multi use of facilities we all pay for. The cost would be minimal and should have just been done when the tennis court was redone.
