ARMPENSION is undergoing a merger with Access Pension. As part of the organizational changes resulting from the merger, ARM Pension employees have faced severe regarding their entitlements and incentives, specifically those related to long service awards as defined by the company’s own Employee Recognition Policy.
While the company has taken care of its executive management by securing positions at ARM HoldCo, non-executive and long-serving staff at ARM Pension have been left without fair compensation.
