This is a petition to the executives of PAWU from concerned staff of NHIA.
We are reliably informed of the adjustment in staff allowances using a percentage of salary for the calculations. We do not know why the said changes affected only staff who are assistant managers and above.
We do not know why there are segregation in staff allowances as we all belong to one union. Or is it that they want the rest of staff to form a different union?
We want PAWU executives to ensure that, these changes affect all staff effective JANUARY 2022.

why the discrimination? we all do the same work here so why only assistant managers getting the allowance fix this now
