This is unjust. I use to know ARM as one of the fair PFA but with the look of thing and how the staff are being treated to the point of paying some of their employer eighty thousand naira monthly. I strongly support this course 100%

This is height of wickedness, how can an employee who worked under the sun and rain be left without any compensation for job well done, we started building this company up when it was just little and now over 1 trillion worth of assets , they think they can just discard us ? i support this course of '"pay us what is due to us" campaeign. pls pay us back

This is the height of wickedness and injustice to humanity. After they have all settled themself with benefits, those who sacrificed to build the company under the sun and in the rain are left without anything so sad. If Jumoke Ogundare has promised this, then they should fulfill her promise. I support this 100%. The National Pension Commission have to do something about this injustice too, I am very sure they are aware of all that has happened.

Considering my 9 years in service, i have labored and grown the business, it is very important that our labor be rewarded so we can be appreciated, we are demanding that this be looked into, and we get our severance pay from ARM Pension/ARM investment. I have been reliably informed that those on the higher management levels have been well settled, and we at the lower cadre are left to fate, and we are the foot soldiers, we therefore demand for our Benefits or entitlements.

It will shock you that those high-ups have settled themselves, leaving the lower cadre to suffer. The company should pay us what is due after spending over 17 years in the organization. We want to appeal to PENCOM to address this matter.

It is only fair that we are paid for all the years of service we rendered. There should be no discrimination irrespective of our engagement levels with the firm.

Taking this course of action is a very valid and just one, and it is very important that management adhere to it and take action. There is a sense of injustice to humanity when ARMP staff are discarded off like a piece of used and unwanted paper despite their sacrifices, loyalty, and unwavering dedication to the organization. Eighteen years and three Months (18yrs, 3 mnths) of active and meritorious service ought not to go down the drain, just like that. I support this course 100%

It is inhumane to have sacrificed our all to build ARM Pension business to become the no 2 and you are laying of staff who have sacrificed as much as 18 years without the long service pay as Promised by Jumoke.

After eighteen years of rendering services and loyalty to ARMP, I deserve the long service payment as promised by the management.

It is inhumane to serve you for 18 years and 8 months, sacrificed our blood, sweat and tears to help you build your business to become one of the best and biggest brands in the pension industry in Nigeria and you just woke up one morning and sold the business without compensating me/us for the hard work. Where is the humanity in you? What happened to the campaign of being a great place to work? It's unfair and unjust.

Considering the number of years, traveling through rough terrains, unsafe environment for Nine Years and ARM PENSION is winding down and nothing to show for it, for years of dedication to service and growing the brand.

I worked for ARM Pension Managers from 2008 till date. I maintained integrity yet treated as an outcast without value. My heart is broken
