The local authorities have officially approved the redistricting application for the development project. This outcome confirms that consistent community interest remains a powerful tool in local governance. We must now remain attentive to ensure the construction process proceeds according to the standards established during the review.
Bryndon Storoschuk was recently denied redistricting of his parcel of land SE 25-71-17-W4. The purpose of the redistricting was for development of a 20 stall fully serviced RV park, Driving Range, mini golf center, concession, and tube/kayak rentals for floating the river.
If you don’t agree with the denial of his submitted application, please show your support and sign.
The local interest in this development project remains strong as residents continue to discuss the potential benefits for our community. I am currently preparing a formal inquiry regarding the recent decision to deny the redistricting application for the property. Your continued engagement helps ensure that this proposal receives the proper consideration from local officials.

It’s nice to see a young guy trying to grow his business to more than just campground lots. Tubing the river is very popular. Kayak and tube rentals would make having bigger groups possible. I would help him with a route. They can launch at my campground and get out of the river at Kurtis’s campground. Plus mini golf would be fun being that real golf isn’t my thing.

We are Bryndon’s nearest neighbors, boardering his existing campground, and we believe this new development would be beneficial to the area.

I’ve been a camper in Wandering River for the last 8 years. We love it there! This would be a great addition to the town. More activities for everyone and more fun things to do. Economic Development is not a bad thing!

Alberta is a province that is built on entrepreneurial spirit! The fact that this was declined is a disappointing to me as an Albertan. This is something that is promoting Being outside, active, fun with friends and family and the smaller communities.

It's great to see a young person invest in the community in which he was born and raised. Wandering River will need more of these developments to help weather the current economic downturn. The Wandering River area is beautiful! Why not share it with others?

People should be allowed to build what they want on their land as long as it is outside the community.
